§ 1 Scope of application
Deliveries and services of Cetbix are carried out exclusively according to the following general terms and conditions and the regulations of the valid price list. The terms and conditions of Cetbix or the respective manufacturer enclosed with the contractual products are additionally referred to.
We do not recognize any contrary or divergent conditions of the purchaser unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. Our terms and conditions of sale shall also apply if we carry out deliveries or services without reservation despite being aware of contrary or divergent terms and conditions. All agreements made between Cetbix and the customer for the execution of this contract are to be recorded in writing in this contract.
